Kersten & John Wedding. A Fall Wedding at Horticultural Hall, Lake Geneva, WI
I didn’t have a chance to meet Kersten & John before their wedding day since they lived out of state. The couples decided to reach out to Mandy Justas at I Do & Company for help in planning their wedding day. All communications took place online prior to the wedding.
Kersten & John’s wedding took place in Fall in Lake Geneva at the Horticultural Hall. Horticultural Hall is listed on the National Register of Historic Places in Lake Geneva. It is a simple and rustic place that is also includes a courtyard. The charming ivy-enclosed courtyard is ideal for bridle pictures.
Getting Ready pictures, first look and part of the bridal portrait pictures took place at the Geneva Inn by Lake Geneva. As soon as I knew that the bride & groom at staying at The Geneva Inn, I suggested doing part of the pictures at Lake Geneva Shore Path that passes behind The Geneva Inn. We where fortunate enough that the trees still had some colorful leaves even though it snowed a few days before the wedding. The Shore Path has lots stunning backdrops for bridal pictures.
The ceremony and reception took place at the Horticultural Hall. The venue offers lots of location options for great picture inside next to the huge windows, at the courtyard as well as outside the venue place.
Working with Kersten & John was a blast. They were a sweet, pleasant, laid back couple.
I was also extremely pleased with the quality and professionalism that I Do & Company had to offer. Mandy was very responsive, sweet and kind to work with during the preparation prosses as well as the wedding day.
